Yolk is the multimedia magazine for the uninhibited, authentic expression of Asian American identity. It’s the end of doing what’s expected, and a celebration of all the colors in and around yellow. We celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) creative voices and thought leaders on our platform.
GROW YOUR AUDIENCE WITH YOLK
Publish on Yolk.tv!
Calling AAPI journalists, filmmakers, musicians, animators, writers, poets, photographers, and illustrators. Yolk.tv is commissioning and licensing the best works by AAPI artists. Whether you have a new idea you’d like us to consider, or a back catalog of clever, rights-cleared work you want to share with a wider audience, we’d like to hear from you.
We’re currently looking for articles, columns, short films, music videos, photos, and webcomics. We’re especially interested in irreverent analysis of politics, society and pop culture. We appreciate content that explores the tension where the two Asian Americas (old vs. new) intersect, and where Asians and “near Asians” coexist. And we’re looking for lighter fare; including humor pieces, and stories that surprise and delight.
